Dakota Hasse

Ten years ago this wonderful soul became part of my family. Dakota was a rescue that I adopted from the Jackson Humane Society. Coming from a bad home he was shy, scared, and didn't trust anyone but me for some reason. Little did I know that amazing little guy I was holding was actually rescuing me. He was the sweetest big guy anyone could ever ask for with beautiful bright eyes and a smile that always seemed to stay on his face. Dakota was a talker too, he would talk all day as long as you talked back to him. A picnic table was his hangout spot during the summer, he stayed on that thing. Dakota had such a kind soul, he wouldn't hurt a fly and I mean that literally. One could land on the end of his nose and he would sit and watch it walk around never trying to shake it off his nose.

My Kota Bear was an amazing guy and I am extremely blessed to have had him as my family. On March 8, 2017 my sweet angel went to sleep for the last time. I didn't just lose my precious boy, I lost a huge piece of myself that day. Dakota Bear you will forever be in my heart. I'll see you at The Rainbow Bridge my sweet boy. Those bright eyes will be shining and you'll be smiling that big ole smile of yours and we will have us a talk my handsome man. Momma loves you so very much Dakota.
